The Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) is a university for advanced research and education, organizing undergraduate studies and scientific research in the fields of economic, administrative, legal, and social-human sciences.
It is considered the most important institution of higher economic education in the country and one of the most renowned economic universities in Southeast Europe.
The university education of students is carried out within the bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, and post-doctoral cycles. It also offers continuous training programs, pedagogical training, postgraduate academic studies, as well as MBA (Master of Business Administration) and EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) programs.
In its more than 110 years of existence, ASE has gained real national and international prestige. Numerous teaching staff and many of our university graduates have become prominent personalities over time, becoming professors and researchers at prestigious universities around the world, members of the Romanian Academy and other scientific forums at home and abroad, as well as in private and public administrative structures, parliamentary, governmental, and diplomatic.
ASE has 13 faculties that offer more than 25,000 students the opportunity to study in Romanian, English, French, or German 35 bachelor’s programs, approximately 80 master’s programs, 10 doctoral programs, and over 70 postgraduate programs for continuous professional training and development.
